The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Operations Specialist to join our team in Mexicali, Baja California. As a key member of our customs clearance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and compliant clearance of imports and exports, as well as maintaining certifications and operating permits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customs clearance of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Support the procurement and maintenance of certifications and permits.
  • Maintain alignment and reconciliation of fixed asset physical inventory vs. Millennium inventory control system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade, International Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Proficiency in Millennium, Oracle, MS Office, and Advanced Excel.
