Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team at Vantive. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and supporting the building of valuable, feasible, viable, and usable products that meet customer needs over the lifecycle of the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product roadmap for assigned products and work closely with customers and Product Managers to understand and communicate their needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, other IT customers, and SMEs from different areas to define how technology can enable business processes, drive business value, and KPI improvement.
  • Set plans and goals for their product and team, presenting and building consensus to meet established outcomes.
  • Plan how the product will be implemented to improve its value and identify potential technology options.
  • Define features and prioritize them with the Product Manager to ensure a constant flow of value creation.
  • Deliver features as prioritized by the Product Manager, advising on value versus effort and fit to the roadmap.
  • Play a lead role in process governance, harmonizing processes and system solutions whenever possible.
  • Innovate through research and prototyping, driving the development and adoption of next-generation technologies and business practices.
  • Work with technical architects and engineers to define technical solutions and enablers in line with functional and non-functional requirements and process flows.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of product development and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with product roadmapping and feature prioritization.
  • Knowledge of technology options and their potential impact on business processes.
