Financial Services Representative

The Financial Services Representative role is an entry-level position within Citi's Branch Service team. This position focuses on fostering strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance

Attract and retain new customers by promoting and selling financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, and investments. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer interactions.

Client Acquisition and Retention

Select the best course of action from a range of defined options, understanding the consequences of each choice. Provide exceptional client experiences, measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in financial products. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certification

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or training may be beneficial for career advancement.
