Job Description

  • ">
  • Fragrance development is a key aspect of our business, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Fragrance Development Manager - Global Expert.">
  • You will be responsible for managing fragrance projects, developing new fragrances, and maintaining our fragrance library.">
  • In this role, you will collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to define and implement strategies that drive business growth.">
  • Additionally, you will partner with perfumers to guide them in their developments and recommend submission adapted to brief parameters.">
  • You will also be responsible for detecting olfactive trends and needs for the category, working with marketing team, and turning them into concrete fragrance solutions.">
  • Ongoing knowledge development of market products in FF, home care & personal care categories and sharing with FDMs and perfumers is essential.">
  • You will lead pro-active initiatives, project management, and fragrance presentations to clients together with Sales.">
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Creation & Development, Innovation & Technology, Regulatory departments to achieve best in class and timely results is crucial.">
  • Staying aware of the latest fragrance industry developments and its implications to our business is vital.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Educational Background: A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable. Studies related to Chemistry or other fields are also considered.">
  • Experience: Ideally, we're looking for a candidate with 5 years in Fragrance Development in all categories. Experience in other areas will also be taken into consideration.">
  • Language skills: Good level in English and Spanish is required.">

About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
