Product Manager - Brakes
As a Product Manager - Brakes, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our brake products. Your primary focus will be on identifying market opportunities, developing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of brake components through the entire product lifecycle process, ensuring a competitive and market-relevant product program.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and growth potential, identifying new market requirements and opportunities through user experience, market research, and industry scoping.
- Business Case Development: Create business cases and prepare project financials for new product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor category KPIs and Profit and Loss to ensure business plan and profitability targets are being met.
- Market Coverage: Ensure market coverage, catalog, and GAP analysis are conducted to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to launch programs, increase sales, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a product management role in the automotive aftermarket industry, OEM, or similar field.
- Skills: Practical experience with and interest in automotive technology, proficient knowledge of standard software (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), basic SAP knowledge, MS Project, and PowerBI.
- Language: Proficient oral and written communication in English.
