We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team at JANA Engineering services de Mexico. As an aviation expert, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and updating technical documentation for airlines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update technical manuals, procedures, and documentation for airline operations.
  • Ensure documentation complies with aviation standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA).
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, maintenance personnel, and quality departments to gather and validate technical information.
  • Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.

Requirements:

  • A strong proficiency in English is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and MS Office Suite; experience with XML/SGML is a plus.
