Sales Enablement Professional

At Thomson Reuters, we're seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering training to sales and account management employees, using a variety of methods including classroom, live online, and e-learning. You'll work closely with key managers and subject matter experts to gather necessary materials and content, and develop ongoing training programs to ensure employees stay up-to-date on products and competitive developments. Your goal will be to increase job capabilities and sales performance, and to represent the organization at important events and meetings. About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field. You'll be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to assess and select the most suitable method for training delivery, considering both effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives. What's in it For You?
