About the Role

eStoreLabs is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned projects related to content production and localization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute assigned projects related to content production and localization
  • Handle administrative aspects of the project, including asset and file management
  • Manage time management tools and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and propose process improvements to enhance project efficiency
  • Communicate project processes to team members and clients
  • Lead a small project team (2-3 people) and provide guidance and support
  • Monitor team performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Delegate tasks effectively to freelancers and project team members
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project status and following up on feedback
  • Identify and resolve task-related problems and propose solutions
  • Create a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
  • Engage in continuous learning and skills improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and execution, with excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in working with content creation, production, and localization
  • Experience with digital assets and project management tools
  • Proven track record of working with clients, with a strong client-centric attitude and professionalism
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency (at least C1)
  • Experience in the pharma/medical industry is a significant advantage
  • Independence, proactive approach, and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills
  • Assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas
  • Self-control and resilience in handling stressful situations and demanding clients
  • Flexibility in approach, adapting to client personalities and situations
