Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting management, with a proven track record of leading teams and processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact with US clients.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO Certified), with experience in accounting and reconciling within QBO.
  • Expertise in financial statement preparation, including for LLCs and Partnerships, with strong USA GAAP knowledge.
  • Technical accounting skills, including managing AP/AR, forecasting, and knowledge of US payroll and tax forms (1120s & 1040s).
