- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving quality metrics and driving business results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
