About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at FCM Travel in Cancun. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting clients and providing exceptional customer service to assigned routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and company regulations.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients through punctuality, personalized service, and professional appearance.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues to the Fleet Administrator.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and sanitized condition, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
- Identify and prepare services with specific amenities, such as food and beverage, car seats, or disabled services, for client arrival times.
- Utilize navigation applications to determine the most efficient route.
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and satisfactory service.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Fluency in the national local language and English.
- A valid driving license in category AF.
- Current residence in Cancun.
Skills and Attributes:
- Well-developed problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to high standards of service delivery.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and early mornings.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
