Job Summary:
As an Environmental Coordinator at 3M, you will be responsible for handling a variety of non-routine and difficult inquiries. You will provide direct leadership to subordinates with clearly defined roles and be accountable for the activities and results of your team.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Adapt and implement differing techniques and methods to solve complex problems. Supervise the development and implementation of improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 6-9 years of relevant working experience.
