Role:

Assessment Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Assessment Coordinator to support the scheduling of related projects. You will work closely with our Administrative Supervisor to schedule audits with our clients and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter jobs into Aruvio and maintain daily communication with clients
- Support coordination team with related projects
- Schedule audits for our programs
- Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and clients to process service requests, schedules, and invoices based on client operating procedure (COP)
- Respond to coordinator, facility, and client inquiries regarding schedules and related issues
- Input and update service-related data in real-time in internal and client data management systems
- Timely delivery of services by processing requests quickly and scheduling within client due dates
- Ensure profitability of region by meeting key performance indicators related to auditors/consultants' usage rates, expenses, and local sales

Requirements:

- Relevant educational background (Administration, International Relations, Engineering, etc.)
- 1-2 years' experience in coordinating and scheduling a team
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and results-driven
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Good command of English & Spanish, both oral and written
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to provide customer service excellence
