We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Bartender. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes and quality standards.
• Manage the bar area, including setting up and maintaining cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Process all payment methods and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Complete closing duties and follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
