Eaton's Power Distribution division is seeking a seasoned EHS professional to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives in LATAM. This role provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with corporate requirements.
  • Provide technical support to site EHS leaders and facilitate knowledge sharing across the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with governmental authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability initiatives and provide information to leadership on EHS matters.

**Requirements:**

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, occupational safety, or environmental discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in EHS or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • MBA or post-graduate degree.

This position does not offer relocation.
