About the Role

The Credit and Financial Analyst II plays a crucial role in driving the credit to cash cycle for TD SYNNEX, by analyzing the creditworthiness of customers and their ability to pay for goods and services. This position is responsible for the collection and management of accounts receivable for product sales released to customers. The successful candidate will provide guidance, training, and innovation within the Credit department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Customer Financials: Utilize financial data, including balance sheets and income statements, to assess customer creditworthiness (5% of time)
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee the collection and management of accounts receivable for specified customer bases, including collections and account reconciliation (15% of time)
  • Negotiate Account Receivable Resolutions: Independently negotiate account receivable resolutions with customers, including partial payments, cash flow days offsets, and receipt differences (10% of time)
  • Manage Credit Lines: Manage credit lines for specified markets or customer bases (15% of time)
  • Manage Customer Order Release: Manage customer order release based on credit lines and account receivable status (25% of time)
  • Solve Root Cause Issues: Identify and resolve root cause issues that disrupt the credit to cash cycle, partnering with sales, operational departments, and customers to implement process improvements (15% of time)
  • Train and Mentor: Assist in training and mentoring Credit and Collection Analysts I (10% of time)
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a financial services or credit-related role
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Strong data entry skills, basic mathematical calculations, attention to detail, effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
