About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and selection process, implementing budgeted benefits, and administering payroll.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection of administrative, operational, and farmer personnel
  • Implementation of compensation and benefits
  • Administration of payroll and employee data
  • Support for engagement projects and communication campaigns
  • Conducting training and team-building activities
  • Administration of headcount and monthly/annual turnover

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a transnational company
