Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Cloud / Ansible And Jenkins Technician to support our infrastructure deployments, automate processes, and analyze code errors in Terraform. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-based infrastructure services, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI, and be proficient in managing cloud portals, container, and Kubernetes infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Jenkins deployment executions
  • Automation of processes through Ansible and Jenkins
  • Analysis of code errors in Terraform to support deployments
  • Administration and support for cloud-based infrastructure services
  • Management of cloud portals, container, and Kubernetes infrastructure

Implementation of Alerts and Monitoring

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing alerts in monitoring tools, creating dashboards for infrastructure analysis, and managing Windows and Linux OS. They will also lead in diagnosing and resolving incidents, participate in onboarding new clients/cloud infrastructures, and have experience in on-prem to Cloud migrations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
  • Scripting knowledge
  • Knowledge of Pipelines, deploys, and support for development/architecture
  • Instance knowledge including EC2, Compute Engine, Virtual Machines, Autoscaling Groups, Scale sets, Elastic Container Registry
  • Storage knowledge including Cloud Storage, S3, Storage Accounts, Blob Storage, File Storage, EFS, AWS S3 Glacier
  • Networking knowledge (Peering management, subscription/account landing zone, Virtual Networks, subnets, DNS, Load Balancing, VPN management, express route, Direct Connect)

Professional Profile

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in engineering or a related field, with specific training and experience in common cloud tools, products, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and administering Azure, AWS, OCI, and/or GCP infrastructure, and 5 years of experience in systems operating systems (Linux/Windows).

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
  • AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) Training
  • AZ-101: Microsoft Azure Integration and Security
  • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Engineer Associate, Cloud Architect Associate
  • Oracle Cloud Platform: Oracle Management Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Language and Communication Skills

The candidate should have a minimum B2 level spoken/written English and be able to communicate effectively with the team.
