**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Viamericas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and increase production of assigned portfolio through proactive client engagement and sales initiatives.
  • Provide solutions to clients by attending calls from agents and responding to their needs in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales goals assigned by the company by leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Support the Sales Field Team on all other job-related functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish, with proficiency in both languages.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with experience using these tools to manage sales data and communicate with clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
