As a Transactional Services Specialist at MX004 Guy Carpenter Mexico Intermediario De Reaseguro S A De Cv, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's global risk and reinsurance operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the terms and conditions of contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Produce and review annual statistics on client portfolio performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Record premium transactions, balances, and claims on the reinsurance platform to maintain accurate records.
- Perform capture, recording, and electronic filing in the operating system to ensure seamless data management.
- Follow up on reconciliations and balance collections to resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to client and market requirements to provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up and communicate immediately with brokers on the status of their businesses to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze and review proportional accounts, claims, premium adjustments, deposit premiums, etc. to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English proficiency (comprehension, written, and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance and/or reinsurance.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Office software (Excel).
- Advanced Database Management (Power BI) skills (desirable).
