We're seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to join our team. As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for efficiently processing claim requests and resolving claim issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.
  • Communicate home warranty information effectively.
  • Notate claim information accurately into the database.
  • In-depth troubleshooting of appliance and home repair.
  • Initiate relationships with contractors/technicians.
  • Approving work orders.
  • Negotiate the cost of covered repairs and/or replacements.
  • Verifying work order completion.
  • Analyze provided invoices/receipts.
  • Provide follow-up information to customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • High English Proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel - Data entry.
  • Experience handling escalated situations.
  • Home appliance or home warranty experience.
  • Handy Man Experience Required: Plumbing, Appliance, HVAC experience.
  • A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
  • A laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.

This role will be remote permanently.
