Key Responsibilities- Quality Management System: Update and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with applicable automotive regulations and customer requirements.
- Audit Scheduling: Schedule and ensure compliance with internal and external audits on an annual basis.
- Non-Conformity Closure: Follow up and ensure the closure of non-conformities and findings derived from internal and external audits in conjunction with the responsible team.
- Internal Deviations: Manage internal deviations generated by the multidisciplinary team and ensure their closure within the established time.
- Compliance Reporting: Manage and generate management reports of compliance with the quality management system, QRCM / LLMS, ensuring it is in accordance with the established deadlines.
- Quality System Maintenance: Ensure that the quality management system within the SharePoint platform is kept up-to-date and in order.
- Document Dissemination: Ensure the dissemination of updated documents by the multidisciplinary team and compliance with the requirements of the quality management system (procedures, instructions, formats, records, control plans, etc.).
- LPAs Audits: Schedule on time and report compliance of LPAs audits with the use of the SMARTLPA system.
- Regulatory Support: Support the different areas of the company in understanding and complying with regulations and specific customer requirements.
- Management Reviews: Schedule and lead management reviews.
- Purchase Orders: Make requisitions of purchase orders to cover the expenses of external audits and management software.
- Internal Audits: Carry out and/or participate in scheduled internal audits (LPA's, Product Audit, IATF, 5S).
- Client and System Audits: Support and coach client and system audits (IATF 16949, CCAP, VDA 6.3, BIQs, MSA Q1, TRL's, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, TISAX, CTPAT, IMS).
- Information Security: Compliance with information security requirements (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills to manage and motivate the multidisciplinary team.
- Effective Communication: Effective communication skills to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
- Sense of Urgency: Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure compliance.
- Assertive: Assertive to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
