Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development of financial reports and analyses, ensuring timely and accurate achievement of financial goals.
- Collaborate with operations and other functions to drive business performance, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, statutory requirements, and Eaton Corporate policies.
- Analyze and evaluate department budgets, developing reports to inform management decision-making.
- Provide functional expertise and cross-functional support to plant personnel, driving financial objectives.
- Sustain cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate BOMs, routings, and standard costs.
- Partner with materials and quality teams to maintain controls and on-hold levels.
- Support intra company sales, cogs, general budget control, and expenses accruals.
- Establish and monitor internal accounting controls, safeguarding plant assets and maintaining integrity of financial transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, and local statutory requirements (MX GAAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
