Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Associate to join our team at Esr Healthcare. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a critical role in researching, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of financial processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation book closing process
- Provide support to the financial reporting teams at our subsidiaries
- Assist in maintaining Hyperion consolidation software
- Coordinate the preparation and completion of Employee Savings plan audit
- Assist in the preparation of SOX documentation
- Complete various governmental surveys
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Candidate for CPA exam or CPA license preferred
- Spanish language fluency preferred
What We Offer
A full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to work from home the remainder of the week.
