About the Role

The Acquisitions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Mexico operations, ensuring that all processes are executed according to established protocols and guidelines. This role serves as a liaison between the country operations team and the vendor management team, defining short-term operational strategies and monitoring productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations and vendor performance
  • Support the implementation of process changes and improvements
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in servicing processes, including customer service, back office, acquisitions, and collections
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Advanced decision-making skills and ability to lead with ambiguity
  • MS Office - advanced (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook)
