The Acquisitions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Mexico operations, ensuring that all processes are executed according to established protocols and guidelines. This role serves as a liaison between the country operations team and the vendor management team, defining short-term operational strategies and monitoring productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily operations and vendor performance
- Support the implementation of process changes and improvements
- Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in servicing processes, including customer service, back office, acquisitions, and collections
- Previous experience managing a team
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Advanced decision-making skills and ability to lead with ambiguity
- MS Office - advanced (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook)
