Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee the quality control stages in our production line. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that each step of the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards and customer requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring quality yield rate and identifying trends to take corrective actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop action plans for addressing manufacturing defects
- Analyzing data and conducting team meetings to find solutions to eliminate or mitigate issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for the company
- Monitoring key performance indicators related to quality, efficiency, and productivity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or a related field
- Advanced English level
- 2 years of experience in the area of Electronics (preferable)
