Transform the world of information with Micron Technology, a global innovator in memory and storage solutions. As a DRAM Validation Engineer, you will be part of a team that accelerates the transformation of information into intelligence. Your responsibilities will include validating new DRAM compute products, preparing validation tests and hardware for silicon testing, and executing validation tests and analyzing results. You will also categorize silicon issues, investigate results, and correct and mitigate software and hardware limitations.

Growth Opportunities within Validation include expanding validation coverage, analyzing DRAM functionality and margin, and contributing to validation testing with new python-based sequences. You will be an expert on validation coverage and operation, and a technical resource for tester operation and capability.

Requirements: Experience with DRAM architecture, circuit-level knowledge, simulation, and debug experience. Advanced knowledge of C/C++/Python. Bachelor's Degree or Master of Science in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
