Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer complaints and identify the cause of first-level failure
- Manage and control parts analyzed, including traceability using established systems
- Provide support to Quality and Engineering departments to detect failure causes and implement corrective actions
- Prepare internal quality reports and supplier defect reports
- Operate, manage, and maintain diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and high-voltage sources
- Read and interpret schematics and electronic product layouts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in the field
- Proficient English level
