Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supplier enablement team, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests, monitoring and maintaining supplier and employee master file information in Oracle and Ariba platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests to set-up, monitor, and maintain supplier and employee master file information in Oracle and Ariba platforms.
  • Act on and follow up open requests (Ask Now tickets) in a timely manner to ensure queries are completed within agreed timeframes (SLAs).
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, including data validation, due diligence, data entry, and supplier setup in core systems.
  • Manage onboarding new suppliers in ARIBA Network and work with them to reach fully enabled status within the shortest possible time.
  • Regularly monitor the ARIBA status report to identify not or not fully enabled suppliers and initiate actions to get them signed up on Ariba.
  • Act as primary contact for supplier and business queries, providing guidance and support regarding process steps.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and SAP Ariba teams, as well as Supplier Enablement agents in other regions, to align process requirements.
  • Provide ongoing reporting to determine in-flight status of enablement level or data change activity.
  • Monitor and report on new and in-flight work (ticket) status.
  • Complete and maintain supplier enablement process documentation.

Requirements

  • ARIBA Network system knowledge.
  • Experience with finance systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and organized individual with excellent time management skills and sense of urgency.
  • Strong sense of process improvement and ability to work well under pressure when working to tight deadlines.
  • Clear and concise communication, good Excel and data manipulation skills, and knowledge of the payment industry.
  • Self-directed and motivated with strong prioritization skills and ability to manage issues to resolution.
  • Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools is a plus.
  • Able to communicate and build cross-functional relationships, work with all levels of personnel, and interact with senior and executive management.
  • Customer-focused, driven, and able to lead by example.
