Senior Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Zillow. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement network infrastructure automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
- Conduct research and development of new network technologies and solutions to enhance network performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations of network and security infrastructure, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide incident response support as needed.

As a Sr. Network Engineer, you will be at the forefront of network infrastructure management and development, collaborating closely with expert network architects and engineers.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent certification.
- 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex networking solutions.
- Proficiency in IPv6 and network automation using tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, and others.
- Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation across multi-cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, cloud-native deployment tooling, and a test-driven culture.
