About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support Plant Management's administrative requests and inquiries. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support within the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up on various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate agendas and calendars, ensuring timely follow-up on outcomes.
- Manage documents and maintain accurate records.
- Support personal matters, including appointments, vacations, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee travel and ordinary expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to management, visitors, associates, and external clients.
- Lead the implementation of business travel processes within the organization.
- Support events planning and coordination.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from Senior VPs and Key Managers.
- Manage the general administrative activities of the VP.
- Coordinate visitor requirements and support plant strategies and projects.
- Consolidate information with management.
Requirements
- 5 years of multidisciplinary experience in Ms. Office, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Administration, or Finance background.
- Advanced English and intermediate German language skills.
