Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electromechanical products with 5 or more years of experience.
- Hold a Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Have general knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Agile design process (Scrum & Kanban) is desired.
- Develop FMEA's, DFA's, DFM's, and Risk Analysis.
- Utilize analytical tools and CAD packages, with Creo preferred.
- Work in a new product development environment and understand gated product development processes and product life cycle.
- Understand manufacturing processes, material properties, and design of plastic parts, mechanism design, sheet metal parts, dielectric, and conductive components.
- Be self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and have excellent written, organizational, communication, and behavioral skills.
- Work well in a cross-functional project team environment and have the ability to influence and convince.
- Good communication skills are essential (business English conversations).
- Desirable to have VISA B1/B2 and travel 20% of the time to USA.
