**Job Summary**
As a Manufacturing Supervisor at Continental, you will play a critical role in supporting the Production Managers/Production Segment for daily management tasks on the shop floor for multiple production lines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to fulfill production plans and reach goals.
- Implement methodologies such as LSW (Leader Standard Work) and CBS methods (TPM, 5S, etc.) to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the proper running and goal achievement of the responsible area.
- Monitor and maintain quality, safety, productivity, and cost awareness for the area of responsibility.
**Requirements:**
- Education: High school or technical degree completed or comparable, with a preference for further education/secondary degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of the automotive environment.
- Experience with production processes, including lean.
- Leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring.
