As a Strategic Cloud Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through their multi-cloud journey, resolving intricate technical issues, and ensuring they realize the full benefits of F5 Application Services across diverse cloud environments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through their cloud transformation journey, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex technical issues and optimize their use of F5 Application Services.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide insightful analysis and effective solutions that address customer challenges.Prioritize and manage multiple technology challenges based on customer and business requirements, driving operational efficiency and innovation.Contribute to knowledge-building efforts, developing comprehensive documentation and sharing best practices with colleagues and product development teams.Cultivate strong relationships with peers, utilizing innovative approaches to reproduce and resolve complex problems in lab environments.Manage case escalations efficiently, maintaining continuous communication with customers and ensuring seamless issue resolution.About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in cloud computing, networking, and problem-solving.Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in Linux/UNIX systems, including proficiency in tools like strace.Proficiency in scripting and automation, with experience in languages such as Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible.Familiarity with containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms and infrastructure.Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.What We Offer:
