- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership in Java and related technologies, helping to solve complex problems and guide technical decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the team's practices where beneficial.
- Promote and uphold best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance.
- 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on Java technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a software development team.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field required.
- Additional certifications in Agile methodologies, project management, or leadership are a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle management, with specific experience in Scrum being a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong technical background in Java and associated frameworks and technologies.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
