Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) system to ensure seamless product development.
- Conduct thorough checks in process as described in the Control Plan to guarantee quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements, ISO 14001, customer specifications, and Webasto procedures.
- Prepare initial documentation for new projects, including Inspection Sheets in Process and First Part Validation.
- Coordinate and issue PPAP packages for finished products.
- Collaborate with the Metrology Manager to provide initial certification, including repeatability and reproducibility studies for measurement devices and new equipment.
- Participate in internal and external audits of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
- Adhere to the Company's Quality Policy and Safety and Environmental Policy.
- Contribute to the Webasto Process System (WPS) and participate as an internal instructor.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Proficiency in quality management systems, including APQP and Control Plans.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
