**Requirements:*

  • Fully bilingual
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Product Management, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Human-Centered Design, Product/Service Design, Design Thinking, and/or Design Research and Strategy
  • Advanced proficiency in current methodologies and frameworks such as Design Thinking, Primary and Secondary Research, Heuristic Analysis, Persona/Journey Mapping, Service Blueprinting, Rapid Prototyping, User Testing, and Agile Prioritization
