Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commodity Analyst Indirect to join our team at Flextronics - The Flex Company. This role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments.

The Commodity Analyst Indirect will report to the Commodity Manager Indirect and will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts based on the analysis of data.
  • Preparing management recommendations based on the analysis of data.
  • Collecting, compiling, analyzing, and presenting various types of data.
  • Preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources.
  • Creating and/or maintaining databases in support of data collection.
  • Auditing data and challenging and resolving data integrity issues.
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues related to metrics.
  • Creating weekly purchase orders.
  • Registering new suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, International Business or related field, and will be fluent in English. They will also have knowledge in MRO purchasing, reports analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
