About the Team:
The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. As a RollOut Project Manager, you will be part of the project team responsible for template development, implementation, and continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the roll-out project deliverables, including change management, training, testing, data cleansing, and data migration.
- Steer the project team members for all relevant tasks and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as the single point of contact for the plant during the complete project duration, including steering ZF plant management stakeholders.
- Analyze and present input regarding the project's performance on a regular basis.
- Oversee all integration-related activities within plant roll-out projects.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in leadership of large-scale projects, preferably in SAP roll-outs.
- Ability to understand business and regional process variances.
- Collaborative and decision-oriented, with a strong commitment to reaching objectives.
