Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, as well as developing and managing a team of manufacturing engineers.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing process designs and strategies
- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers to achieve operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage capital investments and prioritize projects to meet business objectives
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce costs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering; 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and reducing costs
