You will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating written standard operating procedures and process control strategies, coordinating, executing, maintaining, and/or improving various administrative sales processes and systems, recording the outcome of a sales call and planning future actions that move the sale towards a successful conclusion - including additional investigation where necessary, providing insights to management on request or own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments within your area of sales/expertise, based on reporting guidelines, contributing to project results, and maintaining and building your product and technical knowledge in relevant product categories.
