Key Responsibilities:- Support the Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team to accelerate the development and communication of Evidence and Insights Generation Plans and Synthesis Package.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Project Managers to understand business needs, validate, interpret, and present data findings to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with team members, partners, and vendors to obtain feedback or input on deliverables and implement feedback effectively.
- University Degree in a healthcare-related field, such as pharmacy, health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, public health, or business/health services research.
- Solid experience in a relevant field of study with background in payor, healthcare, or preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
- Training and/or extensive knowledge of Clinical Research, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, and/or Real World Evidence Studies.
- Strong Process, Operations, and Project Management Skills and a minimum formal project Management Training.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
