Job Overview

This position supports advanced administrative tasks in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate possesses advanced office support knowledge, strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills. This position is proficient using various word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares complex reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Completes in-depth analysis using various software packages and databases to inform business decisions.
  • Works in a lead capacity, providing guidance and instruction to junior employees.
  • Provides administrative support for high-level executives.
  • Performs advanced, diversified confidential administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Determines methods and procedures for completing complex tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prepares and coordinates information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performs various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in office or warehouse support.
  • Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Accurate and rapid data entry.
