About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in driving cost transparency across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and reports to provide insights into IT costs and consumption patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cost allocation models and cross-charge processes.
  • Lead the technical development and implementation of TBM solutions to support business needs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
  • Work closely with Finance and IT Operations teams to define and support the cross-charge process.
  • Develop and maintain core TBM Cost Transparency reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with Global Procurement, Technical SMEs, and IT Finance to align on cost structure and taxonomy.
  • Implement, track, and report on consumption patterns and recovery to support budget inputs and Annual Operating Plan cycles.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT services within large global companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT expense management and cost transparency initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of managed services contracts with IT vendors.
  • General knowledge of IT services, business services, and business application frameworks.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting partnerships at all levels of the organization.
