About the Role

LHR Global - Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Measurement Engineer to join our Technical Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical services related to hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct measurement surveys and compliance reviews for our hydrocarbon measurement systems.
  • Report and analyze the hydrocarbon product loss control performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain hydrocarbon measurement-related training programs for engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain processes to measure operating department compliance to relevant company and internal/external standards, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct technical studies and technology evaluations to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain operating facility policies and procedures related to hydrocarbon liquid measurement, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Develop and deliver in-house training programs for engineers performing compliance reviews, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • PE or CEng certification.
  • 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
  • Deep knowledge of statistical tools for measurement, in particular, estimating measurement uncertainty.

  • Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance, approx. 1.8x monthly base salary.

  • Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
