About the RoleLHR Global - Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Measurement Engineer to join our Technical Support Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical services related to hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct measurement surveys and compliance reviews for our hydrocarbon measurement systems.
- Report and analyze the hydrocarbon product loss control performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain hydrocarbon measurement-related training programs for engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain processes to measure operating department compliance to relevant company and internal/external standards, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct technical studies and technology evaluations to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain operating facility policies and procedures related to hydrocarbon liquid measurement, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
- Develop and deliver in-house training programs for engineers performing compliance reviews, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program; an advanced degree is preferred.
- PE or CEng certification.
- 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
- Deep knowledge of statistical tools for measurement, in particular, estimating measurement uncertainty.
- Monthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing with years of service.
- Severance Package (2-year vest period) – year 2 to 5: 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, Year 6+: 4 weeks' pay for each year after.
- Employment Tax – check with your tax advisor for specifics.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay with a cap, 20% share discount.
- Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance, approx. 1.8x monthly base salary.
- Travel Allowance – annual; approx. $8,200 for household members 11+ years old and $6,000 for those under 11 years old.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
