We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst III to join our Technology Procurement team at Johnson Controls International plc. This role will provide essential support to the Technology Procurement Tower, working closely with the Communications Tower and the wider Technology Procurement organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deep dive into tail spend to identify key stakeholders, cost savings opportunities, and supplier rationalization efforts.
- Review statements of work for IT Services Suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Cleanse data around spend to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work within ERP systems to retrieve billing information and invoice copies.
- Update the WAVE system to reflect savings related to LATAM initiatives.
- Support the removal of services related to divested entities in the Americas.
- Support requests for reports across the Technology Procurement Tower.
- Assist with creating supplier summaries for key suppliers.
- Collect and mine information across various JCI systems to build and execute RFQ and market assessments.
- Configure and execute eRFQ/eAuction post events within JCI's preferred eRFQ tool.
- Support Market Intelligence activities, economics measurement, and report creation for stakeholders.
- Support Contract Lifecycle Management activities and loading/updating contracts in Ariba.
- Support Supply Business Continuity by deploying actions such as Financial Assessments and Sustainability Surveys.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
- Ability to work as part of a remote team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.
- Experience working with KPIs and Metrics.
- Ability to organize your own day and ensure essential tasks are completed on time.
- Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious, detail-oriented, and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
