Garrotero Assistant

Job Summary
As a Garrotero Assistant at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, including storage and disposal of trash and recyclables
• Restock supplies and equipment as needed
• Assist with setting up and breaking down events and functions
• Provide exceptional service to guests by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to their needs
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
