About the Role

As a Dental Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume inbound calls with care, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Make outbound calls to the insurance department and patients for eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain a proactive, goal-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
