Job Summary

DRÄXLMAIER Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Plant Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Plant Controller Senior and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Month Closing Activities: Assist in the preparation and completion of month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including factor calculation, budget vs. actual reporting, and other reports for the Management team.
  • Plant Controlling Efforts: Support all plant controlling efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain cost center master data in SAP and internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of plant reports, including plan vs. actual information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Plant Controller Senior, including approval of purchase requisitions, travel requests, and personnel requests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Language: Advanced level of English proficiency.
Work Experience
  • Accounting and Finance: Experience in accounting and finance, including financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excel: Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • SAP FI/CO: Experience with SAP FI/CO and other financial systems.
