Project Manager - Identity Security Expert

About the Role

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Customer Success Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, developing professional working relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute project management duties for Phase 1 (and other PS) customer engagements.
  • Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring customer concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved proactively.
  • Create and consistently update comprehensive project documentation (project plans, weekly status and budget reports, and risks and issues logs) in appropriate repositories.
  • Assist engagement managers with maintaining project scope and address any change order needs promptly, as applicable.
  • Provide accurate updates on project progress to customers and SailPoint management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional work experience as part of a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, including 3+ years of formal project manager experience.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with essential project management duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management).
  • Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
